Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager(ROADS) role located in Western-Cape. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, construction management, and project management.

Requirements
Experience:
6+ Years of Experience within the Construction Engineering Industry
Have completed two (2) or more SANRAL projects over the value of R 40 000 000.00
Worked on Large Commercial Projects and Public Work projects(SANRAL) Roads and stormwaters.
Qualifications
Project Coordination and Project Management skills
Construction Project Management and Construction Management skills
Budgeting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Competent with MS projects/ Excel/ Word and power point
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
Experience in the construction industry is required
National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Certifications in Project Management, Construction Management, or related fields are a BONUS
SACPCMP Registered as a Professional Construction Manager

Gauteng, Gauteng: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Are you Professional Registered with SACPCMP as a PR Construction Manager
Experience:
Construction Manager: 8 years (Preferred)
ROADS Construction: 7 years (Preferred)
