Our client is a well-established and highly respected architectural practice based in Durban.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are seeking an experienced
Architectural Technologist / Senior Revit Technologist to join their dynamic team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and produce architectural drawings using Revit.
• Assist architects in translating conceptual and sketch designs into fully coordinated
architectural documentation.
• Coordinate architectural information with consulting engineers and other project
stakeholders.
• Prepare municipal and council submission drawings and documentation.
• Produce detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain high-quality drawing standards and project documentation.
• Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.

Requirements
• 8–10 years of relevant architectural technology experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Strong understanding of the full architectural documentation process.
• Proven ability to take projects from concept/sketch design through council submissions
and working drawings.
• Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Excellent attention to detail and technical documentation skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Durban-based or willing to relocate to Durban.
