known for producing innovative, contemporary, and visually striking architectural projects.
Due to continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, they are seeking a talented
Design Architect who can lead the conceptual design process from inception through to
client presentation, creating exceptional architectural solutions that demonstrate creativity,
technical understanding, and commercial viability.

Requirements
• Minimum 5–8 years relevant architectural design experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing buildings from concept stage through completion of
the design process.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Advanced proficiency in Lumion and/or D5 Render.
• Strong 3D modelling and visualization capabilities.
• Ability to produce presentation-quality renders and visual content.
• Excellent design portfolio demonstrating original design work.
• Durban based or willing to relocate.
