Technical Product Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager with experience in B2B SaaS and
a strong background in launching products in global markets. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for defining product strategy, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, and
driving the success of technical solutions using a product-led growth (PLG) methodology.
This role is contract/project-based and will require collaboration across cross-functional
(multi-disciplinary) teams, including engineering, digital transformation, finance, sales,
marketing, the management committee and customer success.

Requirements
• Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap for SaaS solutions, aligning with
business objectives, cybersecurity best practices, customer needs, competitive
insights, and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering to define requirements, prioritise features, and drive
product development from ideation to launch.
• Lead global product launches with cross-functional coordination and ensure
compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Implement a product-led growth (PLG) strategy, leveraging customer insights to
enhance user experience and adoption.
• Continuously monitor competitors, evaluate third-party solutions, and refine
positioning for market differentiation.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Product Management within a SaaS
B2B environment, with a proven track record of launching and scaling global
products.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and modern
software development practices. A technical background in cloud computing, APIs,
or DevSecOps with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience implementing product-led growth (PLG) strategies, leveraging customer
insights, user engagement analytics, and self-serve onboarding. Proficiency in
product roadmap tools (e.g., Jira, Zoho Sprints, Planview) and a strong grasp of
customer journey mapping, UX/UI principles, and data-driven decision-making.
• Must have experience working with cross-functional teams in global remote settings
and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a
related field.
Bonus Qualifications (Nice to Have):
• Experience working with AI/ML, cybersecurity, or cloud-based infrastructure.
• Knowledge of subscription-based business models and pricing strategies.
• Product management disciples (e.g PRINCE II, PMBOK, AGILE).
