Architectural Technologist / Senior Revit Technologist to join their dynamic team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and produce architectural drawings using Revit.

• Assist architects in translating conceptual and sketch designs into fully coordinated

architectural documentation.

• Coordinate architectural information with consulting engineers and other project

stakeholders.

• Prepare municipal and council submission drawings and documentation.

• Produce detailed working drawings and construction documentation.

• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and industry standards.

• Maintain high-quality drawing standards and project documentation.

• Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Interior Architect/Designer located in Cape Town. As a Senior Interior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing interior design projects, managing project teams, and ensuring the successful completion of projects. You will collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to develop innovative and functional designs that meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.
